		<description>what a great video, though it&#039;s all a a bit too conspiracy theory for  my liking, lots of these websites have these clauses but never or have yet to act upon them, myspace being a prime example. It owns/has the right to use all your music/photos etc, but I dont see it abusing that in any form. Mainly because public outcry if they did try it would shoot them down.

I tend to think these policies are mearly there to cover there backs so they dont get sued if they ever want to use anything for promotional material. However the idea of gathering data and selling it on is a bit more secretive and something we might never find out about.</description>
