Indigogo was having a campaign to change the law in the US couple of month ago as well. Also I think Fundbreak is launching in the UK soon ( fundbreak.co.uk ), if micro financing is going to happen like this, it will surely have a huge impact on VCs in the near future. crowdfunding and micro financing is definitely the future, but I guess the law just haven’t pick this new form up yet.
