Pat Truman de Reimers is qualified and experienced in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and practises under the Code of Conduct of the British Society of Clinical Hypnotherapists of which she is a member.
Pat is also a graduate of the Institute of Personnel Training and Development and has worked for many years in private industry where she specialised in welfare, counselling, training and personal development. More recently she has worked in the public and education sectors devising and running courses in stress management, goal setting, decision making, time management and assertiveness training. She also holds workshops on self-hypnosis, relaxation techniques and stress management.
